Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 August 2026
1. Scope & parties
These Terms govern your access to and use of duxloop, a hosted feedback, roadmap, changelog and docs product (the “Service”). The Service is operated by the entity named in the Imprint. By creating a workspace or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account & workspaces
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. Each workspace has one or more owners who are responsible for the workspace, its content, and for managing which team members have access to it. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to host, submit or distribute unlawful, infringing, defamatory or otherwise harmful content. You may not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Service, and you may not scrape, crawl or bulk-extract data from the Service outside of the features we provide for that purpose. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate this section.
4. Plans, trial & billing
duxloop offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. New workspaces start on a 14-day Pro trial; after the trial ends you either subscribe to Pro or continue on Free. Pro is billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly cycle and renews automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then. If we change Pro pricing, we will give at least 30 days' notice before it applies to your account.
5. Customer content & portal users
You (the customer) own the content you and your team submit to the Service, including feedback posts, roadmap items, changelog entries and docs. You grant duxloop a licence to host, store, process and display that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf. Where members of the public or your customers (“portal users”) submit content through your workspace, you are responsible for your relationship with those portal users, including any commitments you make to them.
6. AI features
Optional AI features, such as AI-assisted docs answers, generate output based on content you submit. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for your purposes, and you should review it before publishing or relying on it. Text you submit to an AI feature is processed by our AI provider, Anthropic, in order to generate that output.
7. Availability & support
We aim to keep the Service available and provide support on a best-effort basis, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects access, and we will try to keep disruption to a minimum.
8. Termination
Either you or we may terminate your use of the Service at any time, for any reason, subject to any notice required by these Terms. Upon termination you may export your workspace content, and we will delete your data within 30 days of termination unless we are required to retain it for longer.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from intent or gross negligence, or to other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence, if any, remain unaffected.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for legal reasons. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, make a reasonable effort to notify workspace owners. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
