Pricing questions
How does the 14-day trial work?
Every new workspace starts on a Pro trial. When it ends you either subscribe or drop to Free — nothing is deleted.
What happens when I hit a Free limit?
Free includes 20 feedback posts, 10 docs pages, 1 seat and 200 AI actions a month. At the limit you can't create more until you upgrade; existing content stays public and editable. AI features pause for the rest of the month at the AI limit.
Do you charge per portal user or per tracked user?
No. Unlimited people can vote, comment and read your docs on any plan. Pro is one flat price.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — from Settings → Billing via the Stripe customer portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Do you issue invoices with VAT?
Yes. Stripe issues an invoice for every payment; add your company details and VAT ID in the billing portal.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from the billing portal. Yearly is two months cheaper than paying monthly.
